
Complex and wonderful
August 8, 2010In the early 80s, I worked at Tucson Electric for an engineer named Rich Ward. Rich had a fine phrase for describing needlessly complicated systems. “Complex and wonderful,” he called them.
The reformed health care system shown in this chart fits Rich’s description pretty well.
